Cancellation Policy
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your booking. If no reservations have been made, we will process your refund minus a small processing fee.
However, if your itinerary has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible and will depend on the policies of our partner providers, such as hotels, airlines etc
Refund Process
• All refund requests must be made in writing
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request
